Charter FEES
Included at the Charter fees:The Yacht use and it's equipment-full inventory and extras as specified for individual yachts, Fuel, yacht's marine insurance, Bed linen-towels (1 set/person/week),final cleaning ,blankets, Cooking gas, taxes & VAT and SKIPPER
Not included at the Charter fees: Fesh water consumption,Safety net,Transfers.
PAYMENTS CONDITIONS
1.Charter fee: includes charter price and extras, if any.
A.A payment of 40% of the charter fee is required on the agreed date in order to secure the booking.
B.Balance payment of 60% of the charter fee is required 60 days prior to charter embarkation.
Above payments can be made via bank transfer.
In case of a last minute booking kindly be aware that the whole amount of the charter fee is required upon reservation
BOOKING PROCEDURE
Step 1
Fill the contact form or call us or send us an e-mail with all the essential information such as: name, telephone, e-mail, the date you wish to book a yacht for your cruise.
Step 2
The soonest possible (by phone or by e mail), we will reply to you about the availability of the yachts. Also you will be informed about any other information you may need and could be useful.
Step 3
Provided a yacht is available and you do wish to make a reservation from BALOS YACHTS , we will confirm the date of cruise.
Step 4
After receiving your confirmation, we will send to you the essential information on payaments and the deposit.
The process is completed and the yacht…

INSURANCE
All boats are insured against: - Risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery, andequipment- Damage liability third party and passenger's yacht any one accident.- Sea pollution liability- A deductible provision is applied, depending on the yachts value.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. When cancellation is announced 1 to 60 days prior to departure, NO REFUND.
2. When cancellation is announced 61 days or more prior to departure, 300 euro will be retained.
